ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative with Mitch Harris- State Farm Agency, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks and help our customers reach their financial goals. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. You will be provided with leads and will be able to help services customers whom we already have built a trusted relationship with. This is a hybrid role that will provide you with the opportunity to not only help individuals and families with insurance but also help them in planning for retirement and reach their financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.
- Assist customers with portfolio management and asset allocation.
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the agency including making outbound and taking incoming calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain Indiana Property and Casualty producer license by start date
- Active Indiana Life and Health producer license
- 3+ years of experience in financial services.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses preferred.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Have the ability to learn quickly both systems and products

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
